Feeling hungry? Food Preservation: The Science You Eat is a new exhibition from the Canada Agriculture and Food Museum that will have you looking at your food, and how it got to your plate, in a whole new way. Exploring the path of farm to fork, this exhibition looks at the science behind the food, specifically the role of food preservation and how it impacts food safety and the way we eat. With interactive displays and demonstrations, the museum promises “you’ll find something to feed your mind and imagination.”
